My name is Shreya Chakrabarty, I decided to pursue my Masters in Nutritional Science and Dietetics after my bachelor’s in Community Science. After years of learning about nutrition and understanding how nutrition and lifestyle habits plays such an important role in maintaining a healthy and balanced life, I became a nutrition and lifestyle coach. I don’t only focus on nutrition when it comes to health, I bring a holistic approach to the table incorporating, nutrition, fitness, mental health and lifestyle habits.
